Terms and Conditions

 

1. Clesens is an authorized dealer and distributor of Spiio.

2. After sale and delivery of Spiio device, Clesens is not responsible for product performance.  All product performance or warranty claims will be directed to Spiio for replacement or repair.

3. Customer will be invoiced for initial purchase of device and first year of service from Clesens.  Additional years of service after the first year will be invoiced by Spiio.

4. In the event customer does not have the required cellular signal for operation of device, customer can return the product to Clesens without return charges or restocking fees.  Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and device(s) must be returned in all the original packaging.  Return will be applied as a credit to the customers account with Clesens.

5. Clesens will charge a 20% restocking fee for return of devices that are not related to poor cellular data coverage.  Item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and device(s) must be returned in all the original packaging.  Return will be applied as a credit to the customers account with Clesens.
