FMC Dismiss NXT

FMC Dismiss NXT is a highly effective broad-spectrum post-emergence herbicide formulated to control a variety of tough broadleaf weeds and grasses. Its unique combination of active ingredients, Carfentrazone-ethyl and Sulfentrazone, provides excellent control and rapid results in a wide range of crops, including turf, ornamental plants, and row crops. Dismiss NXT is designed to be applied to a range of agricultural and horticultural environments, offering a powerful solution for weed management.

Active Ingredients:

• Carfentrazone-ethyl (3.53%): This active ingredient works as a contact herbicide, quickly disrupting the cell membranes of target plants, leading to rapid weed control.

• Sulfentrazone (31.77%): It targets the growth processes of weeds by inhibiting the enzyme protoporphyrinogen oxidase, leading to the rapid breakdown of chlorophyll and ultimately the death of the weed.

Application Rates:

• Rate for Turfgrass:  0.117 - 0.350 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. depending on the weed species and growth stage.

Restrictions:

• Do not apply during rain or when heavy rainfall is expected within 24 hours of application.

  • Avoid application to stressed crops or turf—this can lead to injury or reduced efficacy.

• Do not use in areas with sensitive plants or near water bodies unless labeled specifically as safe for these conditions.

• Do not apply more than 3.0 fluid ounces per acre per season on turf.

• Minimum retreatment interval: Wait at least 14 days before reapplying.
