Product Description:
ProKoz Transom 4.5F is a broad-spectrum, systemic fungicide designed for the effective control of various turfgrass and ornamental diseases. Powered by Thiophanate-methyl (46.2%), this liquid formulation provides both curative and preventive disease control through its systemic action. Transom 4.5F is ideal for golf courses, residential and commercial lawns, sod farms, and ornamental plantings, offering long-lasting protection against key fungal pathogens.

Application Rates:

Turfgrass (Per 1,000 sq. ft.):

• Use Rates: 2 - 5 1/3 fl. oz. in 2-4 gallons of water

• Apply at 14- to 21-day intervals, depending on disease pressure.

Ornamentals (Per 100 gallons of water):

• Foliar Spray: 12 - 20 fl. oz. per 100 gallons of water

• Drench: 12 - 20 fl. oz. per 100 gallons of water

• Apply every 7-14 days as needed for disease suppression.

Restrictions & Limitations:

• Turf: Do not apply more than 1.2- 4.8 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. per year depending on use site.

• Ornamentals: Do not exceed 6 applications per year on the same plants.

• Do not apply during high heat stress conditions to avoid turf injury.

• Do not allow entry into treated areas until spray has dried.

Safety & Handling:

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear long-sleeved shirts, long pants, chemical-resistant gloves, and eye protection.

• Re-Entry Interval (REI): 12 hours

• Environmental Precautions: Avoid runoff into water sources. Toxic to aquatic life.

• Storage & Disposal: Store in a cool, dry place. Dispose of empty containers per local regulations.
