Syngenta Medallion SC is a high-performance fungicide formulated with the active ingredient Fludioxonil (11.8%) to provide broad-spectrum disease control in turfgrass including golf courses, institutional, commerecial and residential lawns, sod farms, sports fields, parks, and municipal grounds and cemeteries. • Anthracnose (Colletotrichum spp.)

Application Rates:

• 0.75 – 2.0 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft.

• Repeat applications every 7 to 21 days, depending on disease pressure and environmental conditions.

Use Restrictions & Safety Precautions:

Restrictions:

• Do not exceed 6 fluid ounces of Fludioxonil per 1,000 sq. ft. per year.

• Do not apply to edible crops.

• Avoid application to water-saturated soils to prevent runoff.

• Do not mix with highly alkaline pesticides.

Safety & Precautions:

• PPE Required: Wear gloves, long-sleeve clothing, and eye protection during application.

• Re-Entry Interval (REI): 12 hours after application.

• Environmental Safety: Avoid applications near water bodies; toxic to aquatic life.

• Storage & Handling: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
