Active Ingredient: Fluazinam

Quali-Pro Flex Guard is a broad-spectrum, contact fungicide designed to provide superior protection against a wide range of turf diseases. Target Diseases:

• Dollar Spot (Clarireedia spp.)

• Snow Mold (Typhula spp., Microdochium nivale)

Application Rates:

• Turfgrass: Apply at a rate of 0.5 fl. oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. 

Use Restrictions:

• Do not apply more than twelve (12) applications at the 0.5 fl. oz./ 1,000 sq. ft. per year per site.

• Allow at least 14 days between applications.

• Do not exceed the maximum labeled rate per season.

• Avoid application near water bodies to prevent runoff.

• Not for use on residential lawns.

Safety & Precautions:

• Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, goggles, and protective clothing when handling.

• Do not apply when wind speeds exceed 10 mph to minimize drift.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing.

• Follow all label instructions for re-entry intervals (REI) and storage.
